These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application and website (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You Must Be 18 or Older
The Services are strictly for adults 18 and older. We require age verification (date of birth entry + selfie liveness check, and in restricted states such as Texas, Utah, Louisiana, Mississippi, Virginia and others with active laws: government ID upload + facial match). Providing false information or attempting to use the Services if under 18 will result in immediate permanent account termination and may lead to reporting to law enforcement.
Zero-Tolerance for Prostitution, Paid Sex, or Trafficking
You are strictly prohibited from using the Services to offer, solicit, arrange, advertise, or facilitate prostitution, escort services, paid sexual acts, sugar arrangements involving sex, or any form of commercial sexual activity or human trafficking. This includes any direct or indirect exchange of money, gifts, or compensation for sexual acts.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination, deletion of all content, and full cooperation with law enforcement, including providing user data under 18 U.S.C. § 2421–2424 (Mann Act) and § 1591 (sex trafficking). We maintain zero tolerance and actively monitor, flag, and remove prohibited content.
Mandatory Consent Affirmation
Before you can create a profile, send explicit content, or engage in matching, you must affirmatively agree to this statement (logged with timestamp):
“I confirm I am 18 or older and I will not use this app to offer, solicit, arrange, or facilitate prostitution, paid sexual services, escorting, or any form of human trafficking or exploitation. I understand that any such conduct will result in immediate permanent ban and potential reporting to law enforcement.”
This step cannot be skipped.
Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or spam others
- Post illegal, hateful, or harmful content
- Use bots, fake accounts, or automated tools
- Engage in any commercial activity without our written permission
Your Content & Moderation
You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate it. We may remove any content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.
Paid Features & No Refunds
Some features require payment (subscriptions, boosts). Payments are processed by third-party providers. All sales are final — no refunds except where required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
No Warranties – Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Disputes – Binding Arbitration
Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration (JAMS) instead of court. You waive the right to class actions or jury trials.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
