Sensitive Personal Information
We collect sensitive personal information, including sexual preferences, kinks, and related consent records. This data is used only for matching and moderation purposes and is protected with additional safeguards (encryption, strict access controls, short retention where possible). Under CCPA/CPRA, you have enhanced rights over sensitive data, including the right to limit its use.
Age Verification & 18+ Restriction
The Services are strictly for adults 18 and older. We require:
- Date of birth entry + “I am 18 or older” affirmation (required in all US states)
- Selfie liveness check to confirm you are a real person (required in all US states)
- In restricted states with active age-verification laws (currently Texas, Utah, Louisiana, Mississippi, Virginia, and others): government ID upload + facial match before you can create a profile, view explicit content, or engage in matching
We use IP-based geolocation to detect your state and apply the correct verification rules. If you are under 18 or attempt to bypass verification, your account will be permanently terminated and we may report to law enforcement.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide and improve the Services
- Match users based on preferences
- Send notifications
- Verify age and identity
- Moderate content and enforce rules
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations (subpoenas, FOSTA/SESTA reporting)
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share data with:
- Service providers (moderation AI, payments, cloud storage)
- Law enforcement when required (subpoenas, FOSTA/SESTA reports)
- In case of merger or acquisition
- With your consent (e.g., sharing a private album)

We use encryption (in transit and at rest), access controls, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure.
